Boneleaf Skincare ships all orders from Ohio. Below you’ll find details about processing times, shipping options, and common questions about delivery.

1. Processing Times

Order processing time:

  • Most orders ship within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
  • Business days do not include weekends or US federal holidays.

During high-volume times such as new product launches, sales, or holidays, processing may take a bit longer. If we anticipate significant delays, we will do our best to post updates on the site or send an email notification.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship from Ohio using major US carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or similar). At checkout, you’ll see available options based on your shipping address, such as:

  • Standard shipping (economy or ground)
  • Expedited options when available

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has left our studio.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may depend on:

  • Order weight and size
  • Destination
  • Selected shipping speed

Any free or flat-rate shipping promotions will be clearly indicated on the site and may be subject to minimum order totals or other conditions.


4. Shipping Estimates

Once shipped, typical transit times for US orders are:

  • Standard shipping: usually 3–8 business days
  • Expedited shipping (if available): usually 2–3 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, and other factors outside our control can affect delivery times.


5. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes:

  • Your tracking number
  • A link to track your package through the carrier’s website

If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us if you still don’t see it.


6. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, Boneleaf Skincare only ships to addresses within the United States (including most residential and business addresses).

We do not ship to:

  • PO boxes, in some cases, depending on the chosen carrier and service
  • Certain locations that carriers cannot service or that have restrictions

If we’re unable to ship to your address, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or a refund.


7. Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

  • If you realize there is a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address.
  • If an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for lost packages. Replacements or store credit in such cases may be offered at our discretion.

8. Lost, Stalled, or “Delivered” but Not Received

If your package appears stalled in transit or is marked delivered but you can’t find it, please see our Refund & Replacement Policy for detailed steps.

In general, we recommend that you:

  1. Check around your property, with neighbors, or with your building office.
  2. Contact the carrier with your tracking number for more information.
  3. Reach out to us with your order number and tracking number if you still can’t locate it after those steps.

We’ll review the situation and may offer a replacement or digital store gift card, subject to the conditions in our Refunds & Returns Policy.


9. Warm Weather & Product Care

Some Boneleaf Skincare products may be sensitive to heat (like body butters or balms).

  • During warmer months, we recommend bringing packages inside as soon as possible after delivery.
  • Slight texture changes in heat-sensitive products do not usually affect performance, but if you have concerns, please contact us.

10. Shipping FAQs

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All orders are shipped from Ohio, USA.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: At this time, we ship within the United States only. If we add international shipping in the future, we’ll update this page and our checkout options.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Processing is typically 3–5 business days, and transit is usually 3–8 business days for standard US shipping, depending on your location and chosen method.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
A: If your order has not shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the address.

Q: My tracking says “delivered,” but I don’t see my package. What should I do?
A: Check your porch, mailbox, side doors, building office, and with neighbors. Sometimes carriers scan packages as delivered a bit early. If it doesn’t appear within a day or two, contact the carrier and then reach out to us with your order and tracking numbers.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: All orders ship free over $35 before taxes. Additional free or reduced shipping promotions may be available from time to time and will be clearly announced on the site and at checkout. Conditions such as minimum order totals may apply.
